Favorite Places to Shop for Baby Girl Clothes
As soon as I found out that I was pregnant with a girl, I started buying so many clothes for our daughter. In hindsight, I was smart in buying a variety of sizes for her, but now I am at the point where I have run out of the clothes I bought while pregnant. My husband does not appreciate all of the clothes I’ve been buying recently for our daughter, but she needs warmer clothes for this fall and winter!! I’ve had friends with little girls and friends pregnant with girls ask me where we buy girl clothes. I definitely have favorite shops and websites that I always go to!
Kissy Kissy: This is my ultimate favorite place to buy clothes for our daughter. They have the softest clothes with the cutest patterns! I always dry all of her clothes in the dryer, so most of their stuff shrinks a good bit, so I say size up if you’re like me with the dryer. My daughter is 15 months and is wearing 18-24M in Kissy Kissy, but is just now starting to grow out of it, which makes me sad. 18-24M is the biggest sizing they have in their “baby” stuff before moving onto their toddler line, which is cute, but not as cute as their baby clothes.
Stitchy Fish: This has become a recent favorite as our daughter is getting bigger and entering the “toddler” phase. I always wait for a sale or ask ChatGPT what coupon codes are available. I also love their flash sales where they do a preorder for $20. They also have super cute boy clothes!! I find that their clothes run true to size, but also, most of their stuff shrinks since I dry it as opposed to hang drying it.
Cecil and Lou: I only ever buy from Cecil and Lou if they have one of their flash sales going on. They actually do a flash sale almost once a month, similar to Stitchy Fish! Their clothes are darling. Cecil and Lou has actually bought some of my patterns I’ve drawn and used it on their little girl clothes- so cool!
Ruffle Butts: This is where I buy swimsuits for our daughter! I love the ruffles on the butt and love the long sleeve coverage for the sun.
Hem and Hollow Embroidery: This is where I order anything embroidered for our daughter. I’ve low key become friends with Devan and just text her when I want something now.
Classic Whimsy: This is where I buy smocked dresses and bubbles for our daughter! They have really good prices for their smocked pieces. They don’t really do sales very often, but $40 for a smocked bubble is pretty good if you ask me!
Poshmark: I’ve mentioned before that I love Poshmark. I really love Poshmark for buying EUC (excellent used condition) clothes. You’d be surprised how many people sell their baby’s clothes in nearly perfect condition! Just make sure that the seller is selling clothes from a non smoking home. I’ve made that mistake and had to trash an outfit because it reeked so badly.
I do shop at some other places, but this is where I buy the majority of my daughter’s clothes! Hope this helps!
